Inspired by the book by the same name. After reading this a number of years ago, it occurred to me that the author (David J. Schwartz) believes in these concepts but that if we are to put them into action to take ourselves to the next level, we need to have these concepts in our subconscious, so I created this recording.
It is natural to forget why you go into a room and forget what you came for, it is also natural to not be able to find your keys. But if you work is dependent upon your being able to remember details, facts, figures, names then using this recording will place into your mind positive concepts about being able to easily recall what you need, when you need. And that is so much better than telling yourself you are forgetful and getting old (and please do not tell yourself that-your subconscious is listening).
