Seen a lot of videos on Stress Management. “Management?” What about RELIEF?
I will teach you self hypnosis to have stress release in this video.
There will always be stressors and so I want to teach you how to respond in a new way that provides Relief. Management sounds exhausting…like a struggle and life is too short for struggling.
Currently you are reacting habitually and unconsciously to a stressor…what we want to do is teach your brain and body how to respond to that same stressor in a calm and relaxed way.
You learned your current reaction and you can unlearn it by learning a more beneficial response.
Dr. Herbert Benson created a technique for his heart patients in the 70s called relaxation response. and it was wonderfully effective when his patients followed his instruction.
Hypnosis is like that…following instructions, or suggestions…you can resist what I am suggesting or allow it and discover how your mind can easily shift to a new positive and productive response.
Ready? Watch the video for self hypnosis to release stress now.
If you are driving you will need to do this later. Find a quiet spot where you won’t be disturbed for 2-3 minutes.
Notice how you feel different now. Please practice this 5-7 times per day for several days and then use it when you are starting to feel stressed out…if you are in full blown stress mode it will not work as well. So use it when you feel yourself getting stressed or before a known stressor will present itself.
If you need deeper hypnosis, I suggest making an appointment for a consultation you can schedule it here.
