I created this video in response to a call I got about someone wanting hypnosis to create lucid dreaming. First time for a call like that. Watch the short video to find out if that works.
What is Lucid Dreaming?
Here is the definition from Wikipedia. Lucid dreaming is a type of dream where the dreamer becomes aware that they are dreaming. During a lucid dream, the dreamer may gain some amount of control over the dream characters, narrative, or environment; however, this is not actually necessary for a dream to be described as lucid.
Do you have a question about hypnosis?
I am open to hearing all questions from people wondering what hypnosis helps with. You never know unless you ask. As it turned out the motivation the caller had to create lucid dreaming with hypnosis was not something I wanted to participate in. I look forward to hearing your questions about hypnosis, you can contact me here.
More about hypnosis
Hypnosis is a form of cooperative therapy that targets specific problems and attitudes. Hypnosis is based on the idea that each client is willing to work toward a goal with a qualified specialist, and break out of bad patterns. If certain behaviors are threatening personal relationships, physical and emotional health, or success at work, it could be helpful to examine the root of these problems in a controlled environment with a certified hypnotist. Hypnosis provides clarity to clients who may not understand their inability to change or improve chronic situations in their lives.
